Fei Wang

Dr. Fei Wang is an accomplished professional with a diverse academic and professional background, having studied at the Ocean University of China, the University of Bremen, and the Leibniz Institute of Marine Ecology in Germany. Holding a PhD in computer simulation and socioeconomics, Dr. Wang has developed a strong foundation in both technical and socio-economic systems, enabling expertise in interdisciplinary fields.

As the founder of FEI Consult, Dr. Wang leads a consultancy focused on cross-cultural negotiation and management for exclusive clients under non-disclosure agreements (NDA). This role involves providing strategic guidance to clients navigating complex international and intercultural challenges, particularly between China and Europe.

In her academic role, Dr. Wang has participated in multiple joint research projects, including collaborations with the China-Europe Horizon, the German Ministry of Science and Technology, and the China Natural Science Foundation. Dr. Wang manages both basic & industrial research and education projects between Constructor University and Chinese universities and enterprises. Additionally, she provided administrative coordination and support for Constructor University’s China Research Group and China Center, a leading think tank on China in Germany.

Dr. Wang is also active in social-political activities. She has been the president of Bremisch-Chinesischer Wirtschafts Verein in Bremen, Germany, and is an honored consultant for the Chinese Business Association of Rwanda.

Dr. Wang’s areas of expertise include cross-cultural, interdisciplinary project management; conflict management; intellectual property transfer between China and Europe; business negotiation and sales in scientific research and technology; and public relations. Their work bridges the gap between academia, industry, and international relations, fostering innovation and collaboration across cultures and sectors.
